hmm... i haven't any time for making designs for 2 more servers, also i can't make good banners and images in PS(my friend is helping me in this) but i did my WoW website and you can check it in my sig , can you add me ?! i need to talk with you.

ye, basic :o. Its ok though, but i would go for flash whenever i make a site. Like the current counleashed. I won't use it but its good for noobies that just need a site to put up for there servers :D.

eh like 1-2 hours not long at all sence its basic
Edit: Css/Html are fairly easy to learn and use

1-2 hours idk exact time lol but a new 1 im working on i can show u on msn is almost complete n its taken only 45 minutes

you don't need dreamweaver =) i have it but i actually prefer using just a notepad =P
