Guild Wars doesn't detect the mail method so why should you change?

It actually does detect moving gold higher than 100g each time :) Thats why more safe is now guild stash which dont have this risk point :)

Guild bank trades requires 72h cooldown before withdrawing any amount
So possible but definitely not instance business, thats why ppl use mail (coz it is instance)
