checkpointing: CHECKPOINT shutdown: tics did not updated.

I have problem in server every 15 min or 20 OFF ...

i read the syser this problem :

checkpointing: CHECKPOINT shutdown: tics did not updated.

+ and

i cant create new charcters ...

say : you cant create this charcter .

i think the problem from ur navicat but no idea hope some one help u allot ppl have the some problem
