Extra support in elite*gold support

Morning guys,


I think that extra-support in the elite*gold support section is a must. I've just opened that section, and saw quite a wide range of threads are unanswered (of course, every moderator/admin/support etc) has a life and cannot be on the forum 24/7, but I think It'll make things easier to handle and process quicker if there was an extra Support member added (or two, one German speaker, one English). Mai-Lin is doing a very good job, but the rate of threads created seem to be increasing day by day.

What about dividing the e*G Support section into two sections?
One is for really e*g Support (like Verification Bugs or something else)
And the other is for Scamming in which other Persons are involved (Not like the Complaint Area. It should be opened for everyone like the e*G Support at the moment).
This 2 Section would need one mod for every Section (overall 2).
So my Vote is: Yes and Others.
I hope my English was'nt as bad, as i expected.

By the support section, I meant the e*G 'scamming' section with Mai-Lin handling all the queries.

Yes, great idea.
Mai-Lin is not a robot to handle everything, he/she need help.

Even if Mai-Lin is doing her job well, i would like to see another Support.
