HUGE NET PROBLEM ! Help / HILFE

Hello.
I'm bad at writing German so I will talk English. Here is my problem :
Since today, I have a big internet problem. I can open some websites ( tested are google, facebook, hotmail and youtube ) and some I can't like :

Now, I also can't open League of Legends, Neverwinter and I also can't download anything from the net like Skype.

What I tried :
REBOOT SYSTEM
FORMAT
Restart modem
Disable-Enable internet
Nothing works..

I can even connect to teamspeak 3, and this issue is driving me crazy.
Please help me. I'm happy to use teamviewer, skype ( chat, screenshare, talk ), anything.
And there is a reward for the first person to help me solve this !!!

Try Malwarebytes and scan your PC.

I dont understand. I just formatted/booted, do I really have to scan ?

If system just formated,tham you have other problems.

If your Gearman is bad,thats nota problem.We ´ve somtime customers who only speak english.
