Any Orbiter/Slayer?

Are there any good Dragon scion orbiters and slayers in this game? What if Im going to play this, can I still manage to get shrine coins and so on for weapons and equipment?

do you have any skillbuilds for Orbiter, for example on lvl 100 ? (so I can prepare to skill these) Im actually 64
