ever installed a hack or something that fucks around with the hackshield? seems like any tool fucked up the hgw data thats why it wont start

Go to Your S4 Folder and reinstall it after it it will work and before you use any hackcopy the new folder in another folder so you dont have to reinstall it every time ;)
