The Right Blues for Rouge/Cleric

Hey im the First Time at the Endgame with a Rouge Cleric what are the Right Blues for the Equipment i have on every Item STR and INT 100 % but what is Important too ?

And how much % on the Whites Are needed ?

Weapon should have the max % on whites... My suggestion is keep improving the whites anytime you cant...

Blues: Weapon: STR/INT ; Block ; Attack Rate ; Durability
Gear: STR/INT; MP/HP (Head Chest Legs) ; Durability ; Parry Ratio
