[Request] FTW times

Guys i know it's kinda noob Request but i need a Guide for how to set FTW times
Reg-Start-Period and every thing

SMC -> SR_Scheduler -> Schedule Controler - Select your shard and search for:

SCHEDULE_DEF_SIEGE_PERIOD = here you can set when fortress war should start,stop and period.
SCHEDULE_DEF_SIEGE_FORTRESS_DB_UPDATE = here you set when update fortress owners.
SCHEDULE_DEF_SIEGE_TAX_PERIOD = here you set when people can take collected gold from fortress.

so i know all those things
the problem is i can't understand what i should write and what i should not write in there

Select Every Week, specific (DayOfWeek) for (Duration) from (Start Time)

DayOfWeek: Sunday
Start Time: 20:00
Duration: 02 h
Date: 01.01.2013 - 01.01.2020

And your fortress gonna start every Sunday 20:00 your local time and will end in 2h.
