About the badge Guardian

I have asked this question a couple of times, but never got an answer.

So, do I have to wait a month to apply for guardian, if you were rejected?
Like you were rejected at 1st of June, so you can only apply again at 1st of July?

No, you can apply so often you want. But this wont be rate your chance to get a Guardian.
