Maybe your RAM is not enough to handle all things.

If you run windows 7 then you will need an minimum of 2GB.
Most of the time windows 7 is using all RAM with 2GB if you then also run an Flyff Client that in most cases use between 1~2GB then indeed its making your pc slow.

Depends on your Internet Speed, not ram.. only when you want to Spawn MASSIVE MONSTER TROOPs, normally.. an Server takes 2 GB, 1gb takes the World and the rest is for the other executables AND Windows.. best thing you also could do is, turn Windows Basic on!

Windows 7 -

Rightclick.- Peronalize - Scroll down to Windows classic and leftclick it
###########################

Normally.. 4 GB ISNT enough to hold up a server and play on it.. the client also takes 1 - 2gb..

BEst thing you could do is - get money and buy an decent 2013nish Computer.. i could help you to build up an PC for 500 Dollars.. it should also RUN Bf4.. if you need help by this or more detailed help ~

add me on Skype ~ deathshadow15 ~ i could help you better then, if needed.

If you reduce the mobs that are spawned ( f.ex. removing the mobs in D3 or something ) it will decrease the RAM usage.
