SYSERR: Oct 1 18:45:50 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.

i have still problem with 34083 game so starting after becomes connect: Connection refused and sysr log is have this error:

SYSERR: Oct 1 23:30:08 :: socket_connect: HOST 127.0.0.1:15000, could not connect.

need help

and not have 34083 of packages so maybe therefor i getting error?

i have same problem when i see in [auth]-syserr. i see this :
socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
in syslog:
Feb 23 14:38:22 :: SYSTEM: Trying to connect to localhost:15000
SYSERR: Feb 23 14:38:22 :: socket_connect: HOST localhost:15000, could not connect.
Feb 23 14:38:25 :: SYSTEM: Trying to connect to localhost:15000
