How to: Report a Scammer?

Hey guys
I've been on the forums for a while and started using them more often recently.
While browsin i noticed that reporting scammers is really difficult if the trade has not been done using E*Gold as currency. And i understand that its impossible for you to refund payments done through Paypal etc., but hear me out.

So my question is: How/Where do i report someone for scamming, if my goal is to WARN the community about his existence or get him BANNED if enough is proof provided?

A certain member on these forums, who's name i wont mention has been scamming new members for quite hefty sums of money. Not only this is a criminal offense but it keeps people away from joining this forum.

Some of the people who got scammed by him i contacted and it seems they have enough proof to get the person banned, or at least warn the community about him.

I would appreciate if some of the Mods answered or someone who had more experience than myself with this kind of thing.

You sure about this?
1 Section is for Egold, and the trade wasn't conducted in it.
2nd section has no posts in it or are they hidden?

I don't want to put myself or the people report him in trouble by posting the logs etc. I've had issues where i got infractions for it. Especially since i plan on buying premium+namechange :s

Otherwise it'll be more difficult to support your case.

I can be very persuasive if needed, especially when there is a couple of people providing enough proof. Nobody iss asking for a refund, we just want the person gone from the forums :3.
His Paypal will get locked eventually as well since bunch of disputes have been opened. On both of the persons accounts. Anyway i got the info i needed so this thread can get locked as far as i'm concerned.
