The best .exe --> cpp converter

my freind got the best ever conveter that can convert .exe files to .cpp
that converter is about 90% accuracy.

1. You can't convert executeables to .cpp files, what you mean is a decompiler.
2. There are no real c++ decompilers that will show you 1:1 the code. And I think there will be never such an decompiler.
