[QUESTION] How to launch 2nd server

Wanted to know if it is possible to launch 2nd server from same PC. I mean like choosing like in 2moons Trieste or Abbadon. If it is possible maybe some1 can help me with this? Why I want that to do? Because want to try to launch one low rate server and other high rate server. And do I need 2 DBs?

Actually all you need is a 2nd dekaron server folder and the config.ini have a different port is all... Also you need to give the players the edited channellist.csv. I hope that the people here actually start sharing correct info so others actually share as well.

How about 2nd DB? Can i use the same one i'm using?

Yes you can use the same DB. It will just add a new channel.. If you want to make a whole new server that's not a channel you can tie the DB together but you need to run each on its own machine to not worry about lagg or your system stalling out. I would recommend vmware to run multiple virtual machines.

Bro the best thing to do for your server is to get a dedicated server.
They could somewhere from $50-$500+.
After you get the first dedication server setup.
Buy another one if you want a second server. Set everything up on that one.

LOL I don't need hamachi :D I have static IP with 30-40 MB upload internet, and PC is with I7 family processor. So I don't need any dedi server cause my PC is like dedi :D

Ok you do not need to buy another computer you need vmware.. You can run about 10 virtual machines from one computer dedicate 1gb ram per vm. For the people telling him he needs 2 computers stop giving him false info.

please don't stick on vmware, it's hard to go with that stuff, anyways how about the channel per set? why mine channel always drop in same place ^^.
