What am I looking for?

I am looking for a 'trusted' guy that can level up my account. Its level 9 and I need it lvl 30. Or I can make a new account so account should have some RP u could spend for XP boost. Leave here a comment with your skype and how long it takes to level the account. Also say the prices.
