Name Changing

Good Morn.
I wanna ask everybody that can you change your name??!??!
I tried so many times but dont work for me at the moment
I try to change the name, than as usually I have to type the safety code in.
But the safety code contains a picture too.
I type in 10-15 time the right code but it dont happens.. I didnt get the email :(
Can anybody help me pleaseee :)

Maybe you clicked the wrong button, some time ago there was a bug that if you clicked the 'profile data' in stead of 'change user data' you got the same screen but one of them didn't work. Don't know if it's already solved atm
