What should I do for it to work on my source?

Spawn packet probably, its quite weird that it only happens with female tho...

Are you positive you're assigning the correct hair values? Male and female hairs have completely different IDs so you need to know the correct range for female monk hairs.

You could always write a command to test out values you enter and see what works.

Are you sure you're not confusing them with avatars? As far as I know, male and female hairstyles share the same id values. Or is it different for monk hairstyles?

All the hairstyle IDs are the same for Male and Female unless TQ decided to change it for some weird reason
