hiyo i would like to grow my trust and blackmarket trades

but im currently confuse on how it work.

i have 1 successful trade but i dont know how we did it or he did it.
how does someone trade with you on forum? where do i go / click if i found someone i want to trade with im sure he has to send a request and i accept how does this process start someone explainnn goo now!!!
