TQ Binaries 5065 ACCserver LAG!

Hello ;)
I have a problem with my accserver...
My problem is that just one player can play in my server and
If I'll make one character all accs will play for it...
Please help me to repair that stupid bug...

My PC -
2GB ram
Pentium Dual Core
GeForce 9400GT 512mb video card
Windows XP service pack 3 (SP3)
232GB HDD > 178GB free
My internet has 100mbit download rate and 100 upload rate(it says at internet provider)

(with radio + avast + OPENED TQ binaries 5065 server + my client is online in my server)...

Please help me, I want to play CO with my friends :D

U need More Ram and a better CPU i guess

edit: WTF has a lag to do with a limited account server?

it's not working i can't open it i out the serial it's not working
