easylogin not work

hello,
I have one problem...anybody can help me?
i use easylogin for log my chars but, after blackout that has shutdown my pc, is not work... when i launch esylogin this is the error

EXCEPTION EJCLSIMPLEXMLERROR IN MODUL ALSTARTER.EXE BEI 0021FA46
INVALID DOCUMENT: UNEXPECTED TEXT IN FILE PROLOG AT POSITION 1


I try with
one new easylogin file
repaor reg file of windows
search error in disck
search error on windows file

but i have same error

help me pls :confused:
