Can someone help me how to add new items and Garments with +12 -7 2 sdgs. Can someone help me. Thanks.

depends what sourc
if its lotf
/item normal garmentname 12 7 255 13 13
thats your garm with +12 -7 255 enchant and 2 SDG's
