Yes, te proof is : he only have Notepad, Google Chrome and 'Paint' (!). So where is the program ? In the paint ? :D

zoom on pictures and you will see lines/corners of "login screen/sea map" are made in paint.
this guy dont have more than 14 years old; if he had more, for sure "login screen/map" looks better then that he put on this topic.

Not to mention in the 2nd pic the letters down the left side go "F, G, H, I, L, M..."
Maybe he has a different alphabet? Mine and the one on my Seafight Page goes F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M.. :)
