on top of skype chat logs of our agreement he will post in the thread agreeing to our post# in the likely hood if he does scam me i will report him to paypal and hes local authority police through paypal.

You should do things like that on private massages. I think making new thread for trade is not good idea (+ You already had other thread that you are looking for skins).

Yeah thats what probably happened. Thats why you should make it in private massage. People with premium account can delete their posts so now you have 0 evidence that he ever agreed anywhere on epvp about this trade.
