According to this if I didn't missunderstand.

When I'm 0 LP I won't drop a division until 28 day's has passed with ranked innactivity?

Or is it 28 days + (7 day timer) = "division drop"?

You will lose 25(?) LP after not playing ranked games for 28 days. If you have 0 LP (or below 25LP I think) you drop one division.
This is by the way the only possibiliy to drop from gold to silver.

Well, after 28 days you start losing 25 LP (and then in 1-week-steps).

Maybe this explains it:

80LP (in gold4) -> 55LP -> 30LP -> 5LP -> 75LP (in gold5)


Not sure if the values are 100% correct, but this should give you an idea of how the system works.

After 28 days of inactivity you start to lose lp, so better play within every 28 days. (just 1 game)

Depending on which tier you are currently the losing-sequence ticks first on the 28th day exactly and will continue in a 1-week-rythym.

Bronze - 0
Silver - 10
Gold - 25
Platinum - 35
Diamond - 50

At Bronze you can't lose anything.
Btw if you are for example Gold V and decay, you drop out of it and get to Silver I.
Don't miss it, decay hurts more than a lose.
