pls teach me how to sell ac rush path 1

Hi ;) i see always people's in gw2lfg selling AC Path 1 for 1, 50 g with finalboss at 1%
My question is
can you explain me how?
They can do each run in about 15min or less?
Is possible to skip all with spedd or teleport and start the last event where we must take the 5pieces of schepter?
The Only thing that i know is the spot for bug the last boss
Pls help me

Usually the whole path (til the endboss) is skipped by an item called "Experimental Rifle". You may get this in Orr, it's a special NPC who becomes a merchant when completing several events there. (Just look up for the item on the wiki for more information)

There are plenty of people who're selling this tactic to others for about ~20g, just ask them on gw2lfg. But before you get in you should be aware of the fact that this is bugusing and heavy exploiting though.

Could someone explain me how did the rush work with the necro spectral walk before the patch?
Kann mir einer kurz erklären wie der AC rush vorm patch mim Nekro Spektralgang ging?
