looking for a good cabal pserver [highrate]

can somebody suggest a good pserver...

rates (maybe, if possible)

EXP: 3000x
SKILL: 10000x

i know this may sound stupid but...i'm still hoping..

if i may add also high alz and forcium drops is enabled..

IDK about huge rates like that but, I believe CabalChronicle has MASS amounts of amped forcium floating around. I mean amped forcium at that. Also, If I remember correctly EoX+7 drops like cherries from a tree of MOssites in MF. :D Check it out!~
