dumb question, glaiver has sronger skills but bower crits harder with anti devil and can use phantom.
Their equal but bower pwns in PvM especially with uniques.

well depends where u play...on Sjsro for example str bower dont have a chance...without knock back and stun...glavie will win for sure if the glavie player isnt a fool...if bowers have knock back and stun they can win..high crit and they can knock back and stun their enemy so i think glavie could loose against bow...but without that glavie will win the most times...

Bow is in advantage with range, glavier is in advantage with damage, high change on potfight. both builds are strong, eventually, the one with the best set wins.
