Configure PHP with IIS

Hello,

I want to add a Vote 4 Silk System and i must configure PHP with IIS.
i tried many tutorials, but in the end i can only use it local.
How can i configure it to public?

just download the latest non-thread safe php installer (5.3.27)

run the installer, and select your fastcgi config when installing...
