I can confirm he is a Diamond 1 player on EUW aswell as on EUN.

I just bought some games for Plat 1 -> Diamond 5.
I will report back after he finished it.

Okay guys, he finished the games. This is my review about this service:

-He is friendly!
-He is very good (he reached diamond one 2x so ye...)
-He is trustworthy.
-He has good prices.
-He works fast.

I ordered a boost, 4 wins at plat 1 to diamond 5, and he did it in a few hours.
He played against diamond 5,4,2 and even diamond 1 players (I have a high mmr) but still managed to carry the games hard!

Here is a picture of the games, it says enough, remember this is at like top elo! imagine how hard he would carry in like gold or lower.
