Cooldown time from Skills

hi,

how to change the cooldown time from the skills in database, i will change the dayfly shield from the guardian/defender the cooldown time upper.thank you

Open shaiya studios and then drag the skill.sdata into it.

Choose show all columns.
Press Ctrl + F - Find Dayfly then make sure you click on the tab like this.
After find the Reset Time column that will be set as average from pro hackers skill.sdata given 720 secs Lv1, 600 secs Lv2, 480 secs Lv3 Dayfly.

Yes you can set any time you desire for recharge time, remember that the time frame is located on how many secs to mins in game.
60secs - 1min recharge time.
120secs -2min recharge time.
180secs -3min recharge time.
240secs -4min recharge time.
300secs -5min recharge time.
360secs -6min recharge time.
420secs -7min recharge time.
480secs -8min recharge time.
540secs -9min recharge time.
600secs -10min recharge time.
660secs -11min recharge time.
720secs -12min recharge time.
