Just find any (wing).X file that you want, and rename it as the (Mini Backpack).X file.
EDIT:
However... Some accessories are static (.Y) while some are dynamic(.X) Meaning, the static ones are accessories that don't move at all (Backpack, Snowboard etc.) while the dynamic accessories move (Wings, Capes etc.). If you rename a dynamic accessory to a static one, I think the accessory will be static. And it is not possible to change a Static item to a Dynamic item nor vice versa.
