little help with map hack please

ok im not a idiot (I hope), I can follow simple instructions like were given in this thread [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].


so here is what happens I follow the direction and I get 6-7 adresses for crespo dungeon that look like this.

as you can see those last 2 I squared out are the ones that are not matched, I realize now im suppose to be looking for one that has something like Map\13_Draco\NPC3_13_Draco.csv but with indung instead of draco. This is kinda where I get lost because I cant see this anywhere in there.


ok check this out this time I did it only got 1 address.

but when I change it to web_image.mac, nothing happens I still cant go thru the wall. This is frustrating the hell out of me not being able to do something that seems so simple but obv hard seeing I can do it, or maybe I'm just a idiot? Any help would be appriciated in this.

ok I got it to work in north morte, I go to 0:0 which is supposed to take me to 130 map and it just warps me to the way SE of north morte? suggestions?

yea I got the map hack down pretty well just need to understand why when I go to 0:0 im not teleported to a new map but just put in same map in different place. North morte still crashes once and awhile but thats not a huge deal.

usually I just go trial and error for the map hack, try last one if it dont work try next one up etc etc.

ok here's the post that will solve your problem for good.

the way i wall hack in crespo is to find the ones with the blank (or gibberish) codes (there should be exactly 3 of them). and when you browse the code SCROLL UP and you will see somewhere it says Treasure of Crespo C/B/A.txt

add and edit whichever one is right for u. i would post tutorial on this but itd get closed anyway

for your map hack problem you have to go to 0:5 not 0:0. if your script is correct that should take you to AR

meh think im just giving up, dont have any blank or gibberish ones. When I click all of them I wall hack for about 1 minutes before it crashes me. And if I go by the other thread he says to pick ones that have a certain string, well they all have that string so guess im just not wall hacking crespo.


k think I figured it out now just to deal with my crashing issue

well it always turns up with 8 addresses for me and 3 of them have the NPC_26_Treasure of Crespo.csv or w/e and 3 of them are blank/gibberish and 2 of them are useless.

and are you using vac in crespo? if so then you'll crash a hundred times over trying to finish the run. go get the modified non aggro script and change the mob speed to 1.

yea think I got the map hack down pretty well now, ty for advice on the crespo thing cause its a pain having to go look for all those guys offmap.
