alefclient.exe help

OK i searched around looking for an answer to this problem, checked multi client guide and nothing in there either.
My problem is when i open alefclient to run more clients the screen flashes black and white ( if i was suffering from epilepsy id be fcked ) and then loading screen comes up normal, i go to char select and I can see the level and % thing at the bottom but everything else is black except the buttons, So i click the level thing, hit connect, and when it loads toon up, the toon is dead all gear shows it needs repair, and im in a party with 4 other people with no name whos level is 0. Wierd. I should really SS it. I have tried reinstalling archlord, ive tried making short cuts and using the original alefclient.exe, ive also tried putting it in windowed mode. No change. Oh yeah, did i mention that it use to work and out of no where it stopped working.

Side note, i cant even get alefclient.exe to go into windowed mode but the regular client does it fine. hm?

do you use it as a start shortcut or another shorrtcut?

i use original in the archlord folder it didnt work, then i tried making short cut on desktop and it didnt work either.. i just hate it cuz my comp can run a few clients with NO problems and my laptop struggles with 2 clients so i can never get full party of cheers.

mabe install AL new?! xD

or what laptop do you use mabe its to slow?
we not know your system? or anything other :P

my laptop it works fine on and its a slow POS my desktop is what it doesnt run well on

as ive read, reinstalling should fix this prob.

already reinstalled same problem. wierd.

hmm, well, u cant really contact cog support bout this, well, even if u tried, theres no one there..

this is true, maybe i redownload another client then try installing it tomorrow, maybe that will help.. i dunno. just seeing if anyone had heard of this before.

well, i have the same problem, but has no awnser for it..
