L2Walker Windows 7 Compatibility?

Any known fixes for Windows 7?
I just installed it and L2Walker doesn't work even with compatibility mode.

The ONLY IG program that works in Windows 7 is the L2NET.
The 10.9.7 OOG walker works also with the way that i describe in the topic.
