Where can i locate Artisan Wind the one who upgrades items in TC on LOTF source? Anyone can help. Thanks.

go to client.cs if you see him there copy is id and make a new npc in your data base with the same id

yah i search for it but his not on the source thats why im asking if what is the exact location or id for the npc. :)
