Why there is no fully 8.2 private server?

I know 8.2 files doesn't release yet.

Do you think 8.2 files release on here soon??
If not, do I need to add some new 8.2 items, pets and dungeons by myself??

Well, I have no ideas for making 8.2 p-server so I'm just waiting the 8.2 files release tho:P

As far as i know the Offi leak is closed since 8.1. At the moment it looks like it's impossible to get the 8.2 files.

As far as I know all the official files are pulled from game power7
Released for free but here are some of the people who help the Arabs for money
It stopped the Arab attempt to drag files because some people refuse to help the [Arab] particularly, Only type [use your mind]
In the end they are Arabs who hack.
