[need help] - How don't monster attack wiz?

Hi all,

I've seen those videos:

This is a pt8 grinding. I have a question why don't monster attack wiz?
I really don't know, because I have a same pt and my cleric uses the same skill *group healing + division healing*; However, my wiz just take monster one hit, then they return hit my wiz :(

I really want to know how wiz don't be attacked, since my friends just said that why you care about that while you have more buff from warriors. I play game to discover, not robo.

as you can see, the warrior is luring (using howling shout). this will divert the attention of the mobs to the warrior. wizards on the video just kill the mobs. also, the warrior can cast a buff (Protect) and will make the mobs not attack the char with this buff. for me, i use Protect on cleric and 1 wizard.
