ew ppl here got so rude... he might have the dedicated and want to open, its a free world after all. also i dont think you all started with 100+ players (if you had any server) !

No we are not rude. No one "who are better experience with deving" will join them if he doesn't inform more info about server, his self, etc...

Also what if he scam files?

it is a free world indeed, but I dont know anyone with experience who would start wasting his time for a guy with 2 posts and 0 info about the server whatsoever. some basic info is what we want, after all it's him who needs people to do stuff for him, so he should attract the potential devs, and not be a lazy piece of crap and just say 'pm me for more info'. like hell anyones gonna pm him.

what does starting off with players have to do with him wanting 'a team of devs' ?

if he has a dedi and wants to open, thats even more of a sign he doesnt want to do anything but have other ppl do all the work, otherwise he would be learning how to dev himself, like all the rest of us have, u dont see posts by any of us asking for 'a team of devs' do u? weird isnt it?

i dont see any of the devs that run servers here posting asking for a team of devs either, wonder how they did it? i guess instead of being lazy and trying to find 'a team' to do all the work, they learned how to do it themselves, then got a server running, then got a dedi and opened, without posting, its like magic almost huh?

bottom line here is that no one started with a team of devs, no one posts asking for a team of devs except ppl that dont know how to dev, and is either too stupid or too lazy to dev themselves, otherwise they wouldnt need a team of devs would they?

and its not a free world really, but since we are going there, its free enough i have every right to point out the obvious. pointless thread is pointless. no team of skilled devs are going to work under someone who knows nothing, experienced devs dont sit and wait on someone to post wanting devs either, and those are the facts, like it or not, rude or not, i just gave him (and you) the best info hes had yet apparently lol

you should say how much you can pay first , i think noone would waste time on it without remuneration .

I'm guessing you have no exp with deving witch means the dev would be looking at a fuck load of work. if you want a dev offer up some cash man or learn by looking for tuts on epvp.
