Hello Elitepvpers , Today I'm gonna show you how to do electric text.
Step 1

Step 2
You will get a white background , Go to Edit -> Fill -> Black -> OK.

Step 3
Write TEXT or something you want and make it bigger like this

Step 4
Make Duplicate Layer of the TEXT.

Step 5
Select on the only TEXT not TEXT Copy
Then , Go Filter -> Stylize -> Wind -> Make sure you select method wind -> Direction from the right. (Then click CRTL + F TWICE!)
Then , Go filter again -> Stylize -> Wind -> Make sure you select method wind -> Direction from the left. (Then click CRTL + F TWICE!)
Then you should see something like this

Step 6
Let the TEXT Copy be like that. Now select on the only TEXT , NOT TEXT COPY.
Then Blending Options -> Color Overlay -> Choose the colour you want (I selected blue so it'll look electric).

You will get a white background , Go to Edit -> Fill -> Black -> OK.

Let the TEXT Copy be like that. Now select on the only TEXT , NOT TEXT COPY.
