Using one Pax TF code twice on NA & OCE

I've asked some people but I keep getting different replies. I need to find an answer to this before I buy an unused code.

Can you use the SAME Pax TF code on NA & OCE and redeem it twice? I've done the same thing on a Pax Jax code before and some people say you can do the same with TF but some say don't, I'm confused.

EDIT: Let me explain, if you purchase a code that has been unused.

You can use the code in NA / EUW / EUNE (as far as I know, don't know how it works on the other regions).

TL;DR ONLY ONCE PER REGION IF THE CODE IS UNUSED

TF codes don't work on EU servers, I already have several used codes, when you try to redeem a PAX TF on EU, it says the code is invalid.

Only once per region? That's what I'm asking, can I use the code twice, once on NA and once on OCE?

Yes you can, i've done it with all the skin codes available almost, only need Riot Singed.
