Looking for a good developer (Hiring him or Co-Founder for a new server)

Hello,

As the title say, I'm looking for a very good developer for Cabal Online.

I'm thinking of making a new private server. Since I don't have any knowledges about programming/developing (or whatever), I'm here to find one which has (and has many)

What I want from you?

- Professionalism;
- Able to code/implement new thins and stuff (I have an idea that it's not on any other pserver or official one; an idea which will have the biggest impact among this game). Meaning you will not have only to take the files, install and change them a bit. You will have to do a bit more than others;
- Able to protect my server each time it has any attacks or so;
- Want do start a business with me. Meaning he will be the Co-Founder of the server and it will stay like that for how long the server runs.

I can pay for anything you might need, and also I can pay you a monthly salary after, as you will have to work with me from the beginning of the server until the end of it. (This will be discussed after, between us)

If you think you have what it takes, please let me know, as I'm looking forward for any reply of you.

To others: If you can suggest me someone knowing everything about this and has a well known past into coding/programming/developing (for Cabal of course), please inform me.

i had my own private serwer at ep2 server files, i had around 50-80 players mostly online, after ddos attack i had to close my server.

I saw your thread. I love your dedication, but the only thing I kinda disagree is that it seems you are a big team already. About how many ppl are we talking right now? You, me and how many others?

For moment I must find a developer who can make the game. What is the sense of having a Forum on whom we won't have a subject to discuss?

If I'll find a developer, a forum moderator will be needed as well. Also, an administration team for the server as well.

But firstly, we must start with a developer, which is opened to work and earn some cash.

I think I have a good friend he know developing
