[HELP]with acc reg page

im sry if its alread solved, but i was searching for hours and cannot found a solution, i found i guy here on epvp saying some about that error, but i cannot understand how to fix it....
maybe im using a wrong appserver version?? i dont know what to do.. can someone help me?

that is the errors im geting when i type to enter the reg page:

lol the problem already show here
Connecting to 3.22, 3.23 & 4.0 is not supported. Server is 4.0.17

upload the page here and let me test it then i upload it if the problem from the code after i fix it

i get this alread done in a site... take a look,,, that is the original i attach here

its all okay and no thing is wrong about the code and i use
Apache
Version 1.3 (and up)

me too, but when i put this on www that is all i get..... im using tq binaries, u think i should change something in the MySql folder in the tq source?
anyone alread has this problem before can help me to solve?
