Portal Colors/Files

Like the topic states, I'd like to change the colors of the portals. I've found some of the files, but I can't seem to find the orange swirl effect or the little dots for the portal. Any suggestions or help?

As castor posted a recent release for world files of textures, so credits to him -

Here is Auction house files which will contain your portal you are searching for remember most tga files are really dds format.

A very useful list of files, but the ladder and portal textures are not on there, which are the ones that I need. Any ideas on which ones they are?
