Ok so im still new to Paypal and i have a decent balance in my account and all of a sudden im limited ? I did nothing wrong whatsoever and im requested to present a Passport ID (I don't have) Drivers license (Don't Have) And the only card i have is a prepaid one ? So all my money is just lost ? What?

The other stupid thing is that Paypal still allows you to receive Payments without accessing them... To me they didn't disable that feature because the company just want money.. Wtf.. Please help!!

You could have just reached the yearly 2500 limit, and that's a standard thing or you are f$&@d like me and the rest people who use that s@#t and need to wait up to 6 months in order to access your money.

PayPal has various ways of deciding when to keep freeze or do whatever they want with your account WITHOUT revealing the actual reason (which could be anything).

Also, as passport you can use your ID card.

P.S Never keep money in PayPal, and try to appeal their decision by sending an email to 5-6 PP emails you find, google them :) use all information what you think they could have limited you for and maybe you will be saved.

GL!

This has happened to me also. If its happening when you are sending, try using a different credit card if you are using one. That solved it for me. Its usually that or you have to verify yourself.

You give them the info and they fix it within hours, if you lied while creating the acc thats another story.

Well the best way is to contact them and provide any possible answers they will ask you.
