They weren't lying or joking. Lol. There's evidence of him completing boss rush in ciar in 14 seconds. It's also pretty well known that the person was Daisama. The character also had 4.5k CP while completely naked.

Duping still works, if you have a working pake. My friend dupes and he's got a working pake. That's basically the run-down. But you'd have to find the exploit like some guy earlier said, basically you've gotta find the dupe.. unless you get the info from someone else.

Or you could just crash the channels.
