That Was Asked Before ... It's Server Under Going Inspection msg ..
but it's in Chinese and Cuz ur Pc Don't Read Chinese So it Appears Blank ..

yes server is online, New updates had euro + 110 cap + 110 skills.

One server is online, Is it Login, or Game server, but something went online lol because last 2 days, I couldn't even get to the launcher, I used to get first a blank white silkroad (OK) message, now I get message just like you, launcher pops out and I get the yellow one, so that's a good sign lol.
