A screenshot shows nothing, anyone can make a website making it look like its working. If you have a working gem hack then you should be able to give away a couple of gems to people.

Already asked this though and he wont do that.

If he is reselling the tool, then he got access to it. I am just concerned since there have been alot of people trying to gain money by submitting fake tools/links etc recently, and without any solid proof this is no different
