about VPS

hello guys !
i want to make my new server
and i dont know witch vps i will use
i seen in the header of elitepvpers an banner

so i talk to they live chat
but they said we didnt suport game servers on our vps
how that if the elitepvpers make to them banner ?
some1 tell me if they suport C# servers or not
if they didnt u can tell me guys about good vps
