[Account] [Hacked]

My account has been hacked, does anyone know how I can get It back?
I've read I should mail RIOT Support but I cant seem to find It.
So does anyone have the link for me to mail RIOT Support?

And what should I mail them, something like my

• Login name
• Old password
• Old E-mail address

- Username (login)
- Summoner (in-game name)
- Server (NA, EU West, EU Nordic East)
- Email address you have used to register the account
- Creation date of the account (Month, Year)
- Location you registered (City, Country)

- The last 4 digits of the credit card(s) and expiration date used to purchase Riot Points
- If you have purchased RP, any transaction ID's you would have received in our confirmation emails
- If you cannot locate transaction ID's, any transaction numbers from your credit card statements
- Any Paypal, Paysafecard, or SMS confirmation number
- Your current IP
- Last champion and skin purchased
- How you came into possession of the account

You dont even need to send it all to them, they just check from which IP account was logged in most of the times. It was sufficent for my friend w/o any additional info.
